What this is about
These terms apply to the use of the website saariselkanorthernlights.com. Saariselkä Northern Lights is an independent guide to seeing the northern lights from Saariselkä, Inari and Ivalo in Finnish Lapland. We do not sell tours, transfers or accommodation ourselves.
Who sells your tour
If you book a tour through one of our links, you enter into the contract on the GetYourGuide website with GetYourGuide or with the respective tour operator. Their terms and conditions apply. They are responsible for the tour, payments, rebookings, and cancellations, not we.
Prices and availability
Prices on this website are starting prices and are for orientation only. If you convert them into another currency, we use reference rates from the European Central Bank; the result is an approximate value. Only the price and availability shown by GetYourGuide before booking are binding.
Weather, Darkness and the Aurora
The northern lights are a natural phenomenon. Clouds, a bright moon or a quiet night in space can leave the sky empty even on a perfectly planned evening, and frost or a storm can change where a guide drives. No one can promise you an aurora, a clear sky or a particular spot. What a tour includes, and what happens if the lights stay away, is set by the listing you book and by its operator, so read its details before you pay.
